the meaning behind

lovelew's journey began in 2007, when, at the age of 26, I experienced the devastating loss of my then on-again, off-again boyfriend. As I grappled with the profound grief, I realized that the support and resources available to me were woefully inadequate. This experience ignited a deep calling within me to find a way to support others navigating the isolating and overwhelming path of grief.

Prior to this life-changing moment, I had not yet found my true calling in life. With a background in retail, restaurants, and degrees in Art History and Italian, I felt aimless and unfulfilled by my previous endeavors. However, the loss of my partner became a turning point, sparking a sense of purpose, responsibility, and a conviction that supporting others in their grief was my destined path.

what Our clients are saying…

“I can’t describe the amount of relief that I have found. Even though there is a lot of work to be done, I feel like I am on a path now, instead of just spinning.”

“The most notorious change I see in myself is definitely learning to identify my feelings. Learning to feel them in my body, allowing them to be there and acknowledge that they are valid. Learning to know myself, my feelings, thoughts and where a lot of my beliefs come from…I want you to know that I appreciate you enormously.”

“Laura really took the time to see what my needs were, was always patient with my progress, and guided me through difficult healing. During the time that I was seeing Laura, I went from a highly reactive and emotional person, so easily triggered into a trauma headspace, that daily life was difficult. After our intensive session, I have truly restored myself. My thinking is healthy, my body is healthy, and I’m able to pour myself back into my relationships and my career. I am no longer the shell of who I was, and now am the best version of myself – all because Laura showed me the way.”
